Drag and Drop MACH II!!! 
Now with Actions™! Just Drag™ one of the thumbnails into the blank frame and the server goes away and gets the image for you ... w00t!
I realise this is a bit of a long winded process for looking at pictures, but it has other applications such as filling filling text, etc.
